Within our award winning team we have a wealth of knowledge relating to Conservation and Restoration, with NVQ L3 qualified Stonemasons, many of whom are either Heritage Skills NVQ trained or Cathedral trained in Stone Conservation to degree level.

We take pride in the way in which we train our employees, from a varied and comprehensive apprenticeship, through to continued professional development. Within the last 3 years we have had apprentices achieve two ‘Apprentice of the Year’ awards and a ‘Construction Apprentice of the Year’ award. Along with one Apprentice being picked for Squad Selection for World Skills 2019. In addition, through her continued professional development, one of our employees won ‘The Marsh IHBC Award for Successful Learning in Heritage Skills 2018’.
