We’re extremely proud to say that Kristian, our third-year apprentice has been selected to undergo training to potentially compete in the World Skills in Kazan 2019.

Kristian is now part of the UK squad, which will involve him being part of intense training over the next year that will give him a chance of representing his country in the Architectural Stonemasonry category in Russia in 2019.

The training is going to be extremely hard work but will help Kristian take his skills to the next level.

Our co-director Gary competed in World Skills in 2005 and came away with a silver medal. Hopefully, Kristian can do better and come away with that gold!

We’re all very proud here at Mono Masonry – and we wish Kristian the best of luck with his training.
